SUVI

Project details

In the very heart of Tromsø you will find SUVI, the Asian restaurant owned and run by the chef Nhung and his husband Knut. SUVI proposes an Asian fusion cuisine with the most delicate tastes. We provided one our longest cookers (8 meter) with 2 induction woks, one flat grill, a set of 4 inductions, 2 fryers and a robata grill. Just in front of the cooker, we delivered an even longer bench (9 meter) with 2 refrigerated benches, 4 salad-chefs and 1 freezing bench. We also designed the bar and provided the U-shape bar area with a professional cocktail zone and all the refrigerated benches to ensure the maximum performance.
