Another wonderful kitchen project for the 2005 Bocuse d’Or winner, the chef Ørjan Johannessen. SMAKERIET is a restaurant and bar concept with a focus on quality in all stages, using local ingredients and combining meat, seafood and seasonal vegetables with lovely accessories and exciting wines from around the world. This “beefbar”, as they call it, is located in GEIL, one of the top ski spots in Norway. We delivered this compact kitchen with a very well structured layout that allows the chefs to operate optimally. We also provided the refrigerated wine cabinet that the interior designer beautifully integrated in the bar area.
