Managed and owned by the chef and Dag Tjersland, the restaurant PALAZZO COMUNALE is the reference for Italian food in Oslo. We delivered a compact and powerful open kitchen with a central cooker, two refrigerated-neutral benches on each side and a delivery heating-neutral bench. The cooker, with 4 gas burners, 1 chromed plancha and 2 pasta boilers is the perfect machine to complement the traditional pizza oven and the pastry oven.
