Project details

With now doubt, GOIS is the reference for Asian culinary experience in Narvik. The delicacy of the plates crafted by the chef Goi is a unique experience. We designed and provided a very effective kitchen with a central cooker, a refrigerated island and long passe which allows them to serve at maximum capacity with the best ergonomic and functional conditions. The cooker, adapted to an existing column, is equipped with two sets of two inductions, one pasta cooker, one dim sum, tow double basket fryers and a two zone plancha, one grooved and the other flat. The refrigerated-neutral central island, 3,6×1,4 meters, with a shelf on top is used in both hot course and cold course areas. The long bench in the pass, also adapted to another column, becomes very practical with one heating bench, one refrigerated bench and one freezing bench. The set is completed with another wall bench on the other side of the cooker that is used by the chefs in charge of the dim sum, the fryers and the pasta cooker.
