Project details

At Collverd, specialists in duck products since 1982, the new CollverdLAB space has been created as an environment for innovation, tastings and show cooking.

For this project, we designed and delivered a high-quality open kitchen, conceived to integrate seamlessly into the space and become a central element of the gastronomic experience. The setup is led by an impressive 5-metre monobloc central cooking suite, manufactured from a single piece. This island includes a cantilevered worktop for guests, two 5 kW induction hobs, a chrome griddle with water channel and a blast chiller, offering versatility and precision in every preparation. At the rear, the installation is completed with a stainless-steel wall unit with drawers, a sink area with elbow-operated tap and a refrigerated unit with remote motor, a solution that enhances acoustic comfort and overall well-being in the space.
