SMAK restaurant in Tromsø, owned and run by the skilled chef Espen Ramnestedt and his wife Eva-Linda, proposes the finest courses you can imagine married with the most delicious wines. The long wall cooker with inductions, an open charcoal grill, an area to keep sauces warm and a refrigerated bench provides all the versatility and power needed to generate an extensive menu whose courses are finished and plated on an island in front of the guests. This island integrates a freezer, a refrigerated bench and a heating bench. All the benches were covered with a copper-like finish providing a warmer touch to the kitchen.
