Mathallen Production Area
Another cozy and nicely designed project for our friends and customers the chef Gunnar Jensen, the chef Ørjan Nikolai Jakobsen and the sumiller John Fredrik Solberg in the scenic city of Tromsø. MATHALLEN PRODUCTION AREA was conceived to complement the fine dining restaurant that was built in 2015. In this new area the chefs prepare meals for banquets, big groups and caterings. It also has a dining room. Composed of 3 different zones, the kitchen of MATHALLEN PRODUCTION AREA has a long delivery area, a cooking area and a waiters’ area. The delivery area is tailor-made of stainless steel and wood, with several refrigerated benches, a heating cabinet and shelves for the waiters. The cooking area is composed by a randstech tailor-made cooker a convection oven and a variocooking unit.
