At the heart of Bergen and led by the talented chef Kristian Vangen, GAPTRAST is one of the reference fine dining restaurants. We delivered an open kitchen that is totally integrated in the dining room with 2 wall cookers, 2 refrigerated and heated islands for plating and finishing the dishes, one open grill and a small pastry area.
