ENGØ GÅRD

In the South of Norway there is a small picturesque village called Tjøme. In this wonderful area you will find the charming boutique hotel ENGØ GÅRD with more than 100 years of tradition. We entirely refurbished their existing kitchen to provide a very efficient and nice looking one for the skilled chef Vincent Foppen and his team. With an effective and “easy to work” central cooker surrounded by different refrigerated-neutral benches and a long pass with 2 heating benches, we managed to organize the room in the different needed sections: hot courses, cold courses, pastry and delivery. In addition, we also modified the washing area to provide greater capacity and a more optimized working flow. We completed the project by improving the compact waiters’ office.
