Project details

At the heart of Trondheim, you will find the Asian Tapas restaurant SANOI where the chefs mix Asian flavors with Nordic traditions. In this project we delivered the kitchen, the bar, the vacuum packing away area, the waiters’ office and the washing area. With a slim design we organized a compact kitchen that allows the chefs to perform and deliver at high capacity.
