Managed by Eva-Linda Ramnestedt in Tromsø, RUDA is a cozy atmosphere restaurant focused local and tasty food, great wines and first-class service. The kitchen is organized in a very efficient way with a powerful wall cooker with inductions and one plancha, a refrigerated-neutral central island and a long pass perpendicular to them. At the back, a refrigerated neutral bench with a granite and stainless steel worktop completes it. This kitchen helps the chefs to serve first-class products to their guests with always local ingredients that come from fantastic farmers in the area.
