MIRABELLE PASTRY
Project details
In the same project of the restaurant MIRABELLE in Bekkjarvik (Norway) we also delivered the pastry area. The chef Ørjan Johannessen needed a compact but very efficient layout and we proposed an “L” shape bench with 3 different kinds of worktops: wood for flour, stainless steel for general purpose and granite for chocolate. The bench included a refrigerated section, a neutral section and a space for hoppers for ingredients. The customer completed the set with 2 ovens. An optimized organization to provide the maximum output.
