Located on the 6^th floor of the emblematic SUNDT building in the heart of Bergen, the restaurant SANN offers a tasty journey through Nordic cuisine with a panoramic view of the city. We proposed a central cooker with 2 + 4 inductions and 1 big plancha surrounded by C shape bench which included a heating bench, 3 refrigerated benches, 1 freezing bench and neutral area with shelves. A very practical organization to let the chefs work optimally and in the best ergonomic conditions.
