The chef Sven Erik Renaa, who in Stavanger (Norway) already managed the food bar RENAA MATBAREN, the pizzeria RENAA XPRESS SØLVBERGET, the gastronomic restaurant RENAA RESTAURANT and the cafe RENAA XPRESS, asked us to modify his former RENAA XPRESS into his new gastronomic restaurant RE-NAA. One year after this change the restaurant RE-NAA got his first MICHELIN star. In this tailor-made professional open kitchen project RANDSTECH modified the cooker and the delivery area. The zone of the cooker was adapted to include a Green Egg smoker and a Convotherm oven. The functionality of the delivery zone was completely modified, adding a heating cabinet, a granite worktop and a glass that allows to see the chef working. The restaurant RE-NAA is also considered as a MASTERCLASS by the WHITE GUIDE NORDIC.
