When the chef Heidi Bjerkan chose us for his new restaurant CREDO we were not only honored but also proud: this meant she was very satisfied of our work in her old CREDO. This time Heidi wanted a very open kitchen with an L shape “passe” made of stainless steel and paneled with wood. The layout of this kitchen was a real challenge because this “passe” had to be at the same time close to the hot courses area, to the cold courses area and to the grill section. In addition, it had to be around an existing column. The kitchen is so open that it looks like part of the dining room. A solid and powerful 430cm long wall cooker with 4 inductions and a plancha provides the needed capacity.
