MIRABELLE *

Project details

In the small village of Bekkjarvik in the island of Austevoll, not far from Bergen, you will find the restaurant MIRABELLE run by the Bocuse d’Or winner chef Ørjan Johannessen. A magic culinary experience. We designed and delivered a very open kitchen integrated in the dining area: 2 central cooking islands with a set of inductions, 1 holder drawers, 1 heating bench and 1 refrigerated bench and 2 neutral drawers and the worktops in stone. The set was completed with a long L shape bench that included an open charcoal open grill, 2 refrigerated benches and neutral doors and drawers and also with the worktop in stone. A refined design that combines stainless steel with light color stone and that with the daylight makes this kitchen unique.
