Veiem com han canviat els comportaments dels clients, s\u2019han adoptat determinades tecnologies r\u00e0pidament i noves estrat\u00e8gies comercials han salvat les empreses tradicionals.<\/p>\n<p>Tots aquests canvis han tingut un impacte en el sector i tamb\u00e9 han tingut un impacte a randstech. Un dels nostres pilars estrat\u00e8gics sempre ha estat instal\u00b7lar els nostres projectes amb els nostres propis t\u00e8cnics, no nom\u00e9s per la preparaci\u00f3 del nostre equip, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 per la manipulaci\u00f3 acurada i el pes dels nostres pianos, mobles i armaris. Si alguna vegada han intentat aixecar un dels nostres mobles, entendran r\u00e0pidament el que volem dir. Aquest nou escenari ens va obligar a repensar la nostra estrat\u00e8gia. Els dos darrers projectes que vam lliurar a Noruega van ser instal\u00b7lats pels propis clients i amb excel\u00b7lents resultats.<\/p>\n<p>Per a fer possible aquest nou paradigma, s&#8217;han redefinit tres \u00e0mbits:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La manera de fer distribucions<\/li>\n<li>La manera de produir els nostres elements<\/li>\n<li>I les instruccions per instal\u00b7lar els nostres elements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si planifiquem una instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 sense els nostres t\u00e8cnics, hem de definir la disposici\u00f3 per evitar mobles massa llargs o massa complicats que impliquin processos de tall i soldadura a l\u2019obra. Produ\u00efm mobles d\u2019una sola pe\u00e7a que el client nom\u00e9s ha de agafar i col\u00b7locar al lloc adequat. No cal tallar ni soldar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d2bviament, el client necessita un nivell d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s alt per a permetre als industrials locals instal\u00b7lar correctament els nostres mobles. Per aquest motiu, hem desenvolupat manuals d\u2019instruccions totalment adaptats a cada projecte que expliquen pas a pas, de manera molt gr\u00e0fica, com es pot procedir a una instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 reeixida. A m\u00e9s, supervisem la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 amb eines de videoconfer\u00e8ncia com Skype.<\/p>\n<p>Com en qualsevol nou proc\u00e9s, ens va preocupar una mica aquesta nova forma d\u2019instal\u00b7lar els nostres projectes, per\u00f2 despr\u00e9s de dos projectes instal\u00b7lats amb \u00e8xit (GADUS i PIKANT) ens adonem que, si cal, podem utilitzar aquesta alternativa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vivim moments incre\u00efblement especials.
